User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information when scheduling services.
- Ensuring that access to your property is available at the scheduled service time.
- Securing any pets and clearing the work area of personal items that might obstruct our work.
- Notifying us promptly if there are any issues or concerns before, during, or after the service.
Scheduling & Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24-hour notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee, as our technicians have set aside that time specifically for you.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee.
Warranties & Guarantees
Yalla Air Guards endeavors to deliver services with the utmost professionalism and care. We offer a satisfaction guarantee, wherein if you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us, and we will work to make it right. However, we do not warrant or guarantee specific results as the outcomes can vary based on various factors, including the condition of your HVAC system.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yalla Air Guards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our services.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yalla Air Guards, its affiliates, and their respective employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services.
